Ousmane Sonko, dont le procès doit avoir lieu ce mardi lors d’une audience spéciale à la Chambre criminelle du Tribunal de Dakar, se trouve toujours à Ziguinchor.
Depuis plus d’une semaine, ses partisans ont barricadé sa maison pour s’opposer à une éventuelle ordonnance de prise de corps, c’est-à-dire son arrestation. Selon Me Ciré Clédor Ly, l’un de ses avocats, le dirigeant de Pastef n’a pas encore reçu de convocation à comparaître.
L’avocat déclare que son client pourrait comparaître si toutes les conditions de sécurité étaient réunies. Il convient de rappeler que Ousmane Sonko est poursuivi dans cette affaire pour « viols répétés et menace de m**t » à l’encontre d’Adji Sarr, une masseuse.
