La Commission nationale de régulation des loyers (CONAREL) est sans personnel, sans bureau, sans budget et sans rémunération.
La Conarel, qui a en charge de réguler le secteur du loyer, vit dans le dur. Après neuf mois de service, Momar Ndao et Cie n’arrivent pas à s’acquitter de leurs tâches. Dans un entretien avec L’OBS, le président de la Conarel informe que la structure est sans personnel, sans bureau, sans budget et sans rémunération.
« Nous avions un budget de 300 millions qui n’a jamais été adopté (…) A la date d’aujourd’hui, les décrets qui fixent nos rémunérations n’ont pas encore été signés, donc on ne peut pas toucher un seul franc », a-t-il martelé.Il rembobine : « il n’y a pas un seul projet de décret signé et qui permet de recevoir des salaires ». « Nous sommes sans budget, et nous travaillons sans personnel et sans bureau. Nous travaillons en utilisant les moyens du bord et les services du ministère du Commerce… », a révélé Momar Ndao.
