M. M. Diouf, surveillant de la prison de Ziguinchor accusé d’actes de torture sur un détenu mineur, est libre. Il a été condamné à deux ans de prison dont 15 jours ferme.
Le tribunal correctionnel de Ziguinchor a rendu hier son verdict dans l’affaire Mbèye Mor Diouf, du nom de ce surveillant à la Maison d’arrêt et de correction de Ziguinchor écroué depuis près de trois semaine pour actes de tortures et de maltraitance présumés sur un détenu mineur, rapporte Libération.
Le tribunal, après l’avoir déclaré coupable des faits qui lui sont reprochés, l’a condamné à deux ans de prison, dont 15 jours ferme. Le principe de la culpabilité sur la torture a été retenu.
