L'affaire refait surface presque 4 ans plus tard. Dans son édition de ce mercredi, 20 novembre, Les Échos annonce un rebondissement dans le dossier. «En effet, la société ForTesa international-Sénégal Ldc-Africa avait trainé en justice la Prévoyance Assurances SA. En se penchant sur le fond, le tribunal a condamné la Prévoyance Assurances à payer à la Société ForTesa International-Sénégal Ldc et Africa Onshore Drilling Ldc la somme de 132 millions 962 mille 733 F Cfa au titre d'indemnités», révèle le journal.
La même source souligne que le Tribunal a «débouté les demanderesses du surplus» et «mis les dépens [frais engendrés par le procès] à la charge de la Prévoyance Assurances».
