D’après Libération, qui donne l’information, il est mentionné dans le document que le président de Pastef a été condamné à trois mois avec sursis au lieu de deux mois avec sursis.
Le journal informe que les citations en question ont été retournées pour correction et qu’une nouvelle version devrait être communiquée ce mercredi.
Ousmane Sonko avait été reconnu coupable de diffamation le 30 mars dernier. Il a été condamné à deux mois avec sursis assortis de dommages et intérêt d’un montant de 200 millions de francs CFA.
