Au total, 8 personnes ont été arrêtées dans le cadre de l’enquête sur l’affaire du trafic de passeports de service démantelé au ministère des Affaires étrangères. Mais, l’homme âgé de 39 ans a avoué en garde-à-vue qu’il a usé d’une fausse qualité de Directeur au ministère du Tourisme, pour se procurer un passeport de service, suivant les instructions de Kh. Tandian, qui devait le faire voyager aux Usa, moyennant la somme de 5 millions F CFA.
