Le Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP) a tenu à afficher, sur les réseaux sociaux, son soutien à Idrissa Gana Gueye, actuellement dans l'actualité pour avoir refusé de porter un flocage arc-en-ciel, symbole de la lutte contre l'homophobie. Le communiqué ci-dessous.
« Il est intolérable pour nous que son honneur soit ainsi jeté aux chiens et qu'il devienne le bouc émissaire des dérives homophobes de la société », indique notamment le Collectif sur Twitter 24 heures après le communiqué du Conseil national de l'éthique qui a demandé à l'international sénégalais de s'expliquer ou de poser avec le maillot floqué aux couleurs arc-en-ciel, symbole de la lutte contre l'homophobie. Ce soutien des fans du PSG vient confirmer que l'international sénégalais n'est pas abandonné. Il est plus en plus soutenu à travers le monde.
