Pierre Youm et Alassane Sarr se connaissent. Ce sont deux amis d’enfance. Alassane n’a pas tenu sa promesse d’un poulailler pour sa femme et d’une parcelle pour sa maman. Des sommes d’argent qu’il a reçues et qui avoisine les 34 millions de FCFA. Embarrassé par cette affaire qui risque de lui coûter cher, il sollicite son ami, Youm, un informaticien établi à Ngaparou. Ce dernier lui confectionne de faux actes administratifs pour sauver les meubles. « Alassane est venu me voir et me soumettre son problème. Il devait des terrains à sa femme et à sa belle-mère. Pour l’aider, je lui ai confectionné de faux actes administratifs. Contrairement à ce qu’il dit, je ne lui ai pas demandé de l’argent. Je l’ai fait gratuitement. Je lui ai même dit qu’il devait régulariser la situation et que ces actes ne servaient qu’à apaiser sa femme et sa belle-mère », a admis le prévenu.
Alors que son ami qu’il dit avoir voulu aider révèle lui avoir payé 500 000 FCFA, lui persiste et signe qu’il n’a reçu aucun sou. Ce qui est sûr, c’est que cet informaticien est dans de sales draps d’autant plus qu’il se retrouve dans deux dossiers au Tribunal de grande instance de Mbour. Dans l’affaire de mardi dernier, il est accusé d’association de malfaiteurs, faux et usage de faux sur un document administratif. Mais ce n’est pas tout car ce dernier a vendu une parcelle avec un de ces faux documents au nommé Abdou Aziz Ndiaye, une affaire qui pourrait être enrôlée mardi prochain.
On comprend alors la hargne de l’avocat de l’informaticien pour une jonction des peines. « Pierre n’a jamais varié dans ses déclarations. Il a toujours reconnu avoir fait du faux. Il a simplement agi pour venir en aide à un ami et le voilà dans des affaires. C’est pourquoi j’avais demandé une jonction des deux affaires qui sont liées », a-t-il plaidé.
