Sur requête des avocats de Sonko, les limiers de la Division criminelle dirigés par le commissaire Aly Kandé ont lancé des réquisitions téléphoniques concernant Mamour Diallo, Gaby So et Sidy Ahmet Mbaye.
D’après le journal Yoor-Yoor Bi, Sidy Ahmed Mbaye et Mamour Diallo se sont connus bien avant la plainte de la fille. Les appels téléphoniques ont parlé et mis à nu les mensonges du neveu de Maodo Malick Mbaye qui disait n’avoir jamais connu Mamour Diallo.
Les réquisitions téléphoniques ont montré que Sidy Ahmet a appelé Mamour Diallo le 18 janvier 2021 à 13h11mn, et il a reçu des appels de Mamour Diallo : le 29 janvier 2021 à 19h15, le 1er février 2021 à 14h37, le 2 février 2021 à 16h26.
Sidy Ahmed Mbaye a également reçu des appels de Me Pape Samba So dit Gaby, beau frère de Mamour Diallo à ces dates bien précises : le 02 février 2021 à 22h52, le 03 février 2021 à 00h14.
