Les résidents de la Cité Keur Gorgui vont une fois de plus être confrontés à une cohabitation avec les forces de l’ordre, qui ont barricadé toutes les rues menant au domicile d’Ousmane Sonko. Cette situation n’est pas nécessairement agréable. Selon un post de Bentaleb Sow, un activiste de Frapp sur Facebook, la police a commencé à bloquer les accès au domicile de Sonko à 4h33 le 29 mars 2023.
Cette intervention a lieu juste avant le procès en diffamation de Sonko contre le ministre du Tourisme, Mame Mbaye Niang. Le même scénario s’est produit lors du procès précédent, avec des barrages policiers avant, pendant et après le procès.
