Les choses se corsent pour la candidate à l'élection présidentielle sous la bannière de «Sénégal nouveau ». Placée en garde à la Division des investigations criminelles (Dic) vendredi , Rose Wardini a été déférée hier lundi devant le procureur de la République.
Après un retour de parquet, c'est ce mardi qu'elle sera édifiée sur son sort, si l'on en croit au journal Libération.
Pour rappel, Rose Wardini est poursuivie pour "escroquerie au jugement, faux en écriture authentique et public, inscription sous une fausse qualité et inscription tendant dissimuler une incapacité (L9 du Code électorale) et enfin souscription à une déclaration inexistante sur son inégalité et sur sa présence sur une liste (L102 du Code électoral)".
