Khadim Mané et Moustapha Dieng ont cambriolé deux agences Wafacash en l’espace de 15 jours. Condamnés respectivement à 7 et 10 ans de prison ferme par la chambre criminelle de Dakar pour avoir subtilisé 4 millions francs au Wafacash de Ouest Foire, les deux délinquants ont comparu hier, à l’audience criminelle du tribunal de Pikine-Guédiawaye pour répondre de leurs actes commis au Wafacash de Golf-Sud où ils ont emporté 14 millions francs. Pour ce second braquage, ils risquent de passer le restant de leurs jours derrière les barreaux.
Bandits de grand chemin, Khadim Mané et Moustapha Dieng sont en train de payer cher leurs méfaits. Il y a trois mois, les deux cambrioleurs ont été condamnés respectivement à 7 et 10 ans de prison ferme par la chambre criminelle de Dakar, pour avoir dérobé 4 milllions francs à la banque Wafacash de Ouest Foire au mois de mai 2020. C’est encore pour un braquage perpétré au Wafacash de Golf-Sud que le duo a été attrait hier, à l’audience criminelle du tribunal de Pikine-Guédiawaye. Ce jour-là, Khadim Mané a rejoint l’agence après la prière de Tisbar. Il a dit à l’agent préposé à la sécurité des lieux qu’il voulait aller aux toilettes, avant de repartir.
Quelques minutes après, Khadim Mané est revenu sur les lieux en compagnie de son acolyte à bord d’une moto. Khadim Mané a aussitôt escaladé le box pour accéder à l’intérieur du guichet où se trouvait la caissière. Ce faisant, il a attaqué celle-ci, avant de s’emparer de l’argent de la caisse. Pendant ce temps, Moustapha Dieng tenait en respect le vigile avec un couteau à la gorge. Ils ont ensuite pris la fuite. Malheureusement, Khadim Mané a été appréhendé par le vigile en possession d’un sac où il avait dissimulé l’argent. Mais, Moustapha Dieng avait réussi à s’échapper avec la moto. Conduit au commissariat de Golf-Sud, Khadim Mané a plaidé coupable, avant de balancer son comparse. Également, Mané a avoué qu’ils étaient les voyous qui avaient visité l’agence Wafacash de Ouest Foire 15 jours auparavant.
Devant le prétoire, Khadim Mané, 32 ans, a encore assumé sa participation aux faits. Quant à son coaccusé, il a dégagé en touche le chef d’association de malfaiteurs. « Je suis livreur. Khadim Mané m’a joint au téléphone vers les coups de 14h en me demandant de l’emmener à Cambèréne 1. Arrivés chez lui à la cité Damel, nous sommes partis ensemble à la banque Wafacash de Golf-Sud. Une fois à l’intérieur, Khadim a escaladé les vitres du guichet. Il m’a demandé de maitriser le vigile. C’est ainsi que j’ai demandé à ce dernier de ne pas réagir. Il s’est exécuté. C’est sur ces entrefaites que Khadim Mané s’est emparé des 14 milllions francs », a narré Moustapha Dieng.
Commis pour la défense des intérêts de Wafacash, Me Sow a souligné que les accusés se sont connus en prison. « Ils ont attaqué le Wafacash de Ouest foire pour la première fois en emportant 4 millions francs. 15 jours après, ils ont attaqué un autre Wafacash à Golf-Sud. Les accusés n’ont pas appris de leurs erreurs », a regretté le conseil de la partie civile qui a réclamé le franc symbolique. Le substitut du procureur a estimé que les accusés sont de véritables gangsters. Sur ce, il a demandé à la chambre de les condamner à la prison à vie. La défense a sollicité la clémence. Moustapha Dieng et Khadim Mané connaîtront leur sort le 6 juin prochain.
