L'ex-dirigeant bavarois a également profité du temps qui a suivi son départ en tant que PDG du FC Bayern Munich pour un voyage en Arabie Saoudite. "Il sera intéressant de voir comment la Saudi Pro League se développera à l'avenir", a écrit dimanche l'ancien gardien national sur la plateforme en ligne X (anciennement Twitter). Kahn a publié des photos de lui et des stars Cristiano Ronaldo et Sadio Mané qui évoluent désormais à Al-Nassr. Sur la photo, il cause avec Mané avec qui il était au Bayern lors de la saison 2022/2023.
Kahn a rapporté qu'il a pu assister à une séance d'entraînement de l'équipe et inspecter les installations de plus près : "J'ai également eu le temps de rencontrer Cristiano Ronaldo et Sadio Mané."
