Une affaire d’inceste éclabousse un père de famille accusé d’avoir transformé sa fille adoptive en objet sexuel.
Le chauffeur I. Diop est accusé de viols répétitifs présumés par sa fille adoptive nommée Marie M, âgée de 12 ans. Les faits ont eu lieu au quartier Fith-Fith, dans le département de Guédiawaye.
Ce sont les cheveux en bataille et la mine déconfite que la demoiselle, âgée de 12 ans, a quitté son domicile familial pour tenter d’échapper à la libido en feu de son père adoptif. Ainsi, relate Les Echos, elle s’engouffre dans les rues, erre dans les quartiers et atterrit sur les deux voies du Bus transit rapide (Brt).
Mal en point, la gamine marche seule les pieds nus dans la rue et développe des signes de traumatisme psychologique. Elle est mal fagotée, verse de chaudes larmes et presse le pas parfois. Elle se tourne sans cesse et roule de gros yeux terrifiés. Elle joue l’évitement avec les rares passants dans la rue et recommence à courir vers une destination inconnue comme si elle avait le diable à ses trousses.
Intrigué par le comportement de l’adolescente, un passant intercepte celle-ci et l’interpelle. La demoiselle détourne le regard ailleurs, reste muette comme une carpe et se recroqueville sur elle-même. Elle tremble comme une feuille morte, se débat avec force entre les mains du quidam et tente de se défaire de l’étreinte. Ce dernier la retient et revient à la charge. Il manœuvre davantage, s’emploie à la mettre en confiance et tente de lui tirer les vers du nez.
Les confessions de la fille adoptive
Rassurée, la fille ravale sa rage un tant soit peu et déclare être victime d’abus sexuels de la part de son père adoptif. Elle indique ensuite avoir quitté leur domicile familial, sis au quartier Centre de sauvegarde de Guédiawaye, pour aller trouver refuge ailleurs. Le passant, stupéfait, décide malgré tout de ramener l’adolescente chez ses parents dans le but de vérifier la véracité de ses allégations.
Ramenée chez elle, Marie sèche ses larmes et réaffirme ses accusations de viols répétitifs devant son père adoptif. Le passant prend congé de la famille et alerte au téléphone un lieutenant-colonel des Eaux et forêts de la localité. Celui-ci prend connaissance des détails du présumé viol et active les agents de terrain du commissariat central de Guédiawaye, qui débarquent dans la maison et interpellent le mis en cause.
Cuisiné, le père adoptif tente de nier avec véhémence les faits sans convaincre les enquêteurs. Il verse dans des explications confuses et s’emploie à présenter la demoiselle comme une langue fourchue. Sa ligne de défense fond comme un beurre au soleil au contact des résultats de l’examen gynécologique sur l’adolescente ; des résultats qui concluent à une «défloration ancienne avec une absence d’hymen». Suffisant pour que le mis en cause soit placé en garde à vue. Il est poursuivi pour inceste, viol et pédophilie, entre autres.
