Adama Correa dit Ada Fass était à la barre du Tribunal de grande instance de Mbour, hier, pour vol en réunion et association de malfaiteurs. Ce lutteur de renom, proche du fils président de la République, Amadou Sall, pourrait s’en sortir puisque le parquet a estimé que les faits ne lui sont pas imputables.
Le 29 avril 2023, à Mbour, Ndiaga Ndir Ndoye, à bord d’une voiture, a percuté une moto transportant Adama Ndiaye et Ada Fass. Il s’ensuivit une vive altercation et une agression dont Ndiaga Ndir Ndoye a été victime. Ce dernier déclare aussi avoir perdu un ordinateur et un téléphone portable de marque i-Phone. Mais derrière cette affaire de vol et d’agression dont l’animateur a été victime, se cache un autre cas de la moto qui appartient au sieur Ngagne Thiam, résidant à Dakar. Cette moto retrouvée dans la Petite Côte avec Ada Fass et Adama Ndiaye, selon les éléments de l’enquête, aurait été confiée à un nommé Cheikh Fall qui, à son tour, l’aurait remise à Adama Ndiaye devenue injoignable.

A la barre, le lutteur Ada Fass a nié les faits de vol qui lui sont reprochés. Pour le Procureur, l’imputabilité des faits reprochés à Adama Correa dit Ada Fass reste à prouver. Il n’empêche qu’il a requis 2 ans de prison ferme contre son co-prévenu Adama Ndiaye. « Comment Ada Fass qui distribue des motos qu’il reçoit de Amadou Sall (Ndlr : fils du président de la République) peut-il avoir besoin de voler une moto ? », s’interroge son avocat. « Je rejoins le ministère public qui déclare que l’imputabilité des faits reprochés à mon client pose problème. Comment quelqu’un qui distribue plus de vingt motos peut-il être impliqué dans une affaire de vol de moto ? Ce n’est pas possible. Mon client a un contrat juteux contre Zoss et il doit préparer son combat. Je plaide pour sa relaxe au bénéfice du doute », plaidé Me Sène. L’affaire a été mise en délibéré pour le 23 mai.
