Seneweb en sait un peu sur l'identité de la 13e personne arrêtée dans le cadre du meurtre du Baye Faal Moustapha Niang. Il s'agit du chef du village de Thiayefally. Le notable El Hadj Dème a été interpellé hier jeudi par les gendarmes de la brigade spéciale de Touba.
Les raisons de l'arrestation du chef de village de Thiayefally
Au lendemain des violents affrontements, le chef du village de Thiayefally avait reconstitué les faits devant la presse, alors que les habitants de cette localité située à la périphérie de Touba refusent de dénoncer le meurtrier du Baye Faal.
L'arme du crime n'a pas été retrouvée par les enquêteurs, selon des sources de Seneweb.
El Hadj Dème serait poursuivi pour recel de malfaiteur et complicité. Il a été déféré ce vendredi au tribunal de grande instance de Diourbel en compagnie des 12 bergers. Tout ce beau monde a fait l'objet d'un retour de parquet.
