Procès sous haute tension hier devant la chambre criminelle de Dakar. A la barre, Moussa Bakhoum a menacé de mort son frère son frère qui se trouvait dans la salle d’audience
Ayant attenté à la vie de son grand-frère en lui assenant un coup de couteau à l’abdomen, Il a été jugé, hier mercredi pour tentative d’assassinat après 4 ans passés en prison.
En effet, courant 2019, c’est au cours d’un dîner qu’une bagarre a éclaté entre cet accusé et sa victime Fodé Bakhoum. Ce soir-là, relate Les Echos, lorsque le grand-frère Fodé a touché du pied Moussa, ce dernier s’est emporté malgré ses excuses.
Après quelques échanges de propos, ils se sont bagarrés. Et Moussa a poignardé Fodé. Près de 3 ans de détention plus tard, il a été attrait hier à la barre pour être jugé.
À l’étonnement de tout le tribunal, il a encore menacé son frère : «une fois que je serai élargi de prison, je te tuerai. Je vais t’ôter la vie. Je te ferai plus mal encore».
Le procureur a relevé un «trouble relationnel» chez celui qu’il qualifie de « dangereux» et qui a «un problème de socialisation».
Délibéré au 7 mars 2023.
