Après deux retours de Parquet, les 31 militants de Pastef arrêtés jeudi dernier lors des échauffourées survenues sur la corniche ouest ont été fixés. Ils ont été placés sous mandat de dépôt hier par le juge d’instruction.
Ils vont être jugés ce jeudi 23 février par le Tribunal d’Instance Hors-Classe pour participation à une manifestation non déclarée.
En effet, suite au renvoi du procès entre Sonko et Mame Mbaye Niang au 16 mars 2023, ces jeunes raccompagnaient Ousmane Sonko à sa sortie du Palais de Justice de Dakar pour rentrer chez lui à la cité Keur Gorgui.
