Mais la veille de cet événement, le préfet du département de Dakar a opposé son veto pour les motifs de : risques de troubles à l’ordre public et entrave à la libre circulation des personnes et des biens.
Reste à savoir si les concernés accepteront cette décision ou tenteront de passer outre.
